MISSION

CEFASS aims at providing applied research, training and consultancy in the fields of social affairs, employment, education, vocational training and public health care, benchmark analysis and the dissemination of innovative practices of the Lombardy model of governance at European and international level.

CEFASS

is supporting Lombardy by:

• strengthening the capacities of the public administration, stake-holders in the area of education and vocational training, workers, citizens and private actors;
• promoting the human capital of the labour market actors, a strategic lever for competitiveness, and thus contributing to the EU Education and Training 2010 work programme;
• promoting international partnerships to exchange innovative, citizen-centered policy practices, particularly with regard to the intersection between social and educational policies.

VISION

CEFASS envisages to support Lombardy becoming a region which excels in its labour market, education, vocational training and public health care system at European and international level while promoting and sharing knowledge and cases of excellence in an international context.
